Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and optimize NetSuite scripts (SuiteScript 2.0) including workflows, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, and Suitelets.
• Design and implement NetSuite customizations including fields, forms, records, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Integrate NetSuite with other applications using REST APIs, SOAP web services, CSV imports, and other integration tools.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide end user support for NetSuite and other business applications. Provide training for new features and applications.
• Build and maintain critical financial and business reports in NetSuite and other business intelligence tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite customizations and configurations.
• Perform NetSuite administration tasks, maintenance, user roles/permissions, as needed. Create and maintain documentation.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and functionality.
• Support and develop the company's internal IT applications.
• Other duties as needed
Requirements:
• At least 5+ years of proven experience with ERP/CRM systems and understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.).
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or similar role, with expertise in SuiteScript 2.0.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite’s SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), and administration.
• Experience with systems integrations including web services, APIs, EDI, etc.
• Knowledge of financial data and processes to support the Finance team. Ability to build financial and business reports within the ERP system and in a business intelligence tool.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting other IT applications outside of ERP (e.g. CRM, HRMS, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Work onsite in our Fremont, CA office
