Job Description

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and replacing of hardware components
  • Records test results, analyses, and repairs in the RMA system.
  • Ensure product meets established quality levels.
  • Adjusts calibration to ensure functioning within specified standards.
  • Generate repair cost quotation to be transmitted to end customer.
  • Calculate and request repair parts, follow up with parts and materials
  • Performs Firmware upgrades as required.
  • Communicates status of testing with manager and other departments as necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Specification

  • Technical school certificate or college degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishment electrical and mechanical systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
