Problem description

USA:

A diagnostic fee of $85 will be charged to your credit card once your unit arrives at our Repair Center.

Labor charge is $110 per unit, plus $40 return shipping, plus the cost of the part(s). If approved we will deduct $85 from your final estimate. Your credit card will be charged when the unit is ready to ship.

If you decline the estimate, we charge $40 for return shipping. Your credit card will be charged when the unit is ready to ship. Please note that you are liable for the fees associated with diagnosing the problems with your unit.

If you decline the estimate, and want to discard your unit we will do so.

Canada:

A diagnostic fee of $115 CAD will be charged to your credit card once your unit arrives at our Canada Repair Center.

For Canada cost is $145 CAD per unit, plus $45 CAD return shipping, plus the cost of the part(s). If approved we will deduct $115 CAD from your final estimate. Your credit card will be charged when the unit is ready to ship.

If you decline the estimate, we charge $45 CAD for return shipping. Your credit card will be charged when the unit is ready to ship. Please note that you are liable for the fees associated with diagnosing the problems with your unit.

If you decline the estimate, and want to discard your unit we will do so.
